Terms of service

This website is operated by BaakaBobo, a sole proprietorship trading as Stickers Theory ("we", "us", "our"), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell printed vinyl stickers. Product photographs are representative; colours may vary slightly between screens and print, and stickers are cut to the shape of their artwork so sizes vary by design. Sizes quoted anywhere on this site are approximate.

Our stickers are laminated, scratch-resistant and water-resistant, and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. They are not waterproof: prolonged immersion may cause water to enter at the cut edges. They are not dishwasher safe.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. We do not offer cash on delivery. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

Intellectual property

Some designs depict characters and subjects associated with third-party franchises. These are sold as fan-made artwork and we make no claim to the underlying rights, nor do we claim affiliation with or endorsement by any rights holder. If you own rights in a work and believe a listing infringes them, email hello@stickerstheory.com and we will remove it promptly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
