We pack and hand your order to India Post on the same or next business day. India Speed Post then takes about 1–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 2–6 business days of being placed. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.

Your confirmation email has a link to your order status page, and the tracking number appears there as soon as the parcel is handed over. You can also sign in to your account with the email you ordered with — there’s no password, we send you a code — and every order and its tracking will be waiting.

A flat rate anywhere in India, shown at checkout before you pay — and free once your order reaches Rs. 250.00. We ship within India only at the moment.

Yes — India Speed Post reaches every pin code in the country, so wherever you are in India we can get to you. Remote and hill areas sometimes take a couple of days longer than the estimate.

Usually, yes. Email us both order numbers as soon as you can — if neither has been handed to India Post we’ll put them in one envelope. We’ll then send you a coupon code covering the shipping on your next order, since the second lot of postage wasn’t needed.

Stickers sold individually are approximately 3.3 × 3.3 cm — about the size of a large postage stamp, and cut to the shape of the artwork within that.

Combo packs are the exception: they hold stickers of several sizes, so the pack listing is the place to look rather than this figure.

A themed set of stickers built around one mood or subject, sold as a bundle for a single price. Sizes vary within a pack rather than all matching the 3.3 cm singles, and the sheet shown on the listing is what you receive.

Vinyl sticker stock, printed and then laminated for protection, and cut on a Cricut. The lamination is what makes them scratch-resistant and able to live outdoors.

They’re water-resistant rather than waterproof, and we’d rather say so than have you find out. Splashes, rain and a wiped-down bottle are all fine. Prolonged soaking — a long soak in a sink, or a dishwasher cycle — can still wick in at the cut edges over time.

They are scratch-resistant and suitable for outdoor use.

For bulk orders, yes — tell us the size and quantity you need and we’ll quote you. For single stickers, each design is produced at the one size.

Everything is printed to order, so nothing sells out and designs are rarely withdrawn. If you can’t find something you’re sure you saw, email us — it’s more likely renamed than gone.

Our stickers are kiss-cut: the sticker is cut through but the backing sheet behind it isn’t, so it peels away cleanly and the sheet stays in one piece.

Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface and press from the centre outwards to push the air out.

You have a few seconds to lift and adjust it right after placing it. Once it’s been pressed down and settled, treat it as permanent — so line it up before you commit.

No. Once it’s pressed down it’s ready to use straight away.

Avoid fabric and leather — clothing, bags and shoes aren’t surfaces vinyl adhesive is made for. And keep anything with a sticker on it out of the dishwasher.

Yes — bodywork, bumper or rear windscreen are all fine, as are helmets and bike frames. Stick to hand washing though: high-pressure jets and automatic brush washes will lift the edges over time.

A damp cloth and mild soap, without scrubbing. Avoid solvents, alcohol wipes and abrasive scourers — those strip the laminate, which is the layer doing the protecting.

UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. Payment is taken at checkout; we don’t offer cash on delivery.

Occasionally — there’s no standing offer. When we are running one, the code goes in the discount box at checkout. Free shipping over Rs. 250.00 always applies without a code.

For bulk orders, yes. Email us your GSTIN along with the order number and we’ll issue a GST tax invoice.

We’ll put it right. Email hello@stickerstheory.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. There’s nothing to post back to us.

Not for change of mind — return postage would cost several times what the sticker does, which helps nobody. Damaged, faulty and wrong-item orders are always covered, as above.

If you’ve just spotted a mistake in an order, email us straight away. If it hasn’t gone to India Post yet we can usually change or cancel it.

If there’s been no movement for 10 business days, tell us and we’ll raise it with India Post and either resend your order or refund it.

Both, and there’s no minimum quantity — send us what you have in mind and we’ll quote it. Bulk pricing is better than the catalogue price; how much better depends on the design and the run, so we quote per order rather than publishing a table.

Whatever you have. A PNG with a transparent background or a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF) gives the cleanest cut, but a high-resolution JPG works fine too.

And if you don’t have artwork at all — just an idea, or a reference image you like — that’s enough to start with. We’ll work it up for you.

Once you’ve approved the design, 1–2 business days to print, cut and dispatch, plus the usual 1–5 days in transit.
