Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Cost

Flat-rate shipping anywhere in India. Shipping is free on orders of ₹250 and above. The exact charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to India Post on the same or the next business day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery time

We ship by India Speed Post, which typically takes 1–5 business days in transit. Most orders therefore arrive within 2–6 business days of being placed. Remote pin codes can take longer.

These are estimates provided by India Post, not guarantees. Delays caused by the postal service, weather or public holidays are outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is added to your order as soon as the parcel is handed over, and appears on your order status page — the link is in your confirmation email. You can also sign in at stickerstheory.com/account using the email address you ordered with to see all of your orders and their tracking.

Packaging

Stickers ship flat in an A6 envelope with a rigid backing card so they arrive uncreased.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can resend it once you have paid the postage again.
